• Personal Use License: When you purchase a song with a standard license, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal purposes only. Redistribution, public performance, or any form of commercial use is strictly prohibited under this license.

• Commercial Use License: If you wish to use the song for commercial purposes, including marketing, broadcasting, or monetized content, you must purchase a commercial license. The commercial license grants a non-exclusive right to use the song in your commercial projects without transferring ownership of intellectual property rights.

• Exclusive Ownership Transfer: For exclusive rights, you may choose to purchase a commercial license with exclusivity. Upon purchase of this exclusive license, all intellectual property rights, including copyright ownership, will transfer to you, the buyer, allowing you full ownership and exclusive control over the song. This transfer permits you to use, modify, distribute, or otherwise handle the song without restriction, as you become the exclusive owner of the intellectual property.

3. Revisions

• We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each song includes up to two revisions upon request, should you be dissatisfied with the original version. After the second revision, a third and final revision may be requested.

• All revision requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the initial version or previous revision.

• Revisions are intended to address minor adjustments and improvements. Requests for entirely new compositions, lyrics, or style changes are not covered under this revision policy.

4. Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a song is delivered, except as required by applicable law.

• In case of any issues with the digital delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

5. Liability and Indemnification
